Zack Noonan has over 30 plus years of experience in the construction field and has done almost everything that would be required of a general contractor. He gained this experience working as a Lead Carpenter for a licensed Contractor who also happened to be a very good friend. They built and remodeled a number of custom homes in the San Diego area and the work on these sites spanned a myriad of projects including grading, forming, footings, foundations, framing, plumbing, electrical and roofing. All of this experience provided Zack with a well-rounded knowledge that can only be acquired from years of “hands on” job site experience.
After years in the construction field, lifting and working with heavy loads, he found himself with a very painful back injury that required a double back surgery. As a result, the doctors told him that his construction career was over because he could no longer lift more than 40 pounds. Puzzled with the question of, “what to do now,” a friend in the Real Estate business suggested that Zack return to school to get California Real Estate Inspection Association (CREIA) certified and combine that with the knowledge that he gained from years of building and remodeling homes to become a Real Estate home inspector. The rest, as they say, is history. His only regret is that he did not start inspecting homes 20 years ago. Zack loves what he does and is very thorough and as a result, his business continues to grow.
